Job Responsibility
CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) is someone who understand their customer's needs and requirement and ensures that the customer is satisfied with our service. The CRE will work all internal departments like production, accounts, logistics and operations to ensure that the customer’s order is ready within the stipulated time and as per customer’s specifications. She will also ensure that the standard process is followed to ensure the customer is updated about his order and his payment is received within the time frame to plan his dispatch accordingly.
Need to maintain a customer-focused attitude to create lifetime customers. CRE ensure that the company delivers the highest quality of service to their customers or clients by using their skills, expertise, and experience.
- Support & provide customer service via call & chats. Update customer timely about their order status. Ensure customer order is timely processed. Escalate in case concern with Production.
- Handling customer queries. Effectively dealing with customers & identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned. Taking care of after sales services
- Use a structured approach for identifying problems and assessing what can be done. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
Skill required to be successful in this role
- Graduate.
- 6 months - 1 years of experience in Customer Service profile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software like Microsoft Office and Google apps.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
- Confident, articulate, and professional.
- Should work well in a team.
