Job Responsibility
  • Identifying and opening new La-Z-Boy Dealers/SIS business centers across India.
  • Creating effective strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities and increase La-Z-Boy sales across India.
  • Building relationships with new clients/dealers, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients to support the business in achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Developing new markets and helping the organization in the expansion of the business at different locations across Pan India with strategies.
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them and hitting the sales target within deadlines.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with our furniture industry partners and stay up to date with new recliner market trends.
Skill Required
  • Person with prior experience in retail of home appliances & home furniture.
  • A strategic and creative sales mind with strong leadership skills.
  • Customer service skills, technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements along with solid selling skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and data to inform decision-making.
  • Personality: A motivating, self-starter and go-getter.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Valid driver's license.
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same profile.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
