We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for both our manufacturing and corporate sales teams. This role encompasses various aspects including manufacturing processes, corporate sales strategies, personality development, customer service enhancement, motivational training, production techniques like Kaizen and 5S, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training, and fire safety training. The goal is to ensure that employees across all departments are well-trained to maintain high standards of performance, safety, quality, and customer engagement.

Manufacturing Training

• Develop and update training materials on manufacturing processes.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions on equipment operation, safety protocols, quality standards, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.

Corporate Sales Training

• Create and update training materials on sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Conduct training on product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM software, and customer service enhancement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs as needed.
