JobBrief (Training Specialist)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for both our manufacturing and corporate sales teams. This role encompasses various aspects including manufacturing processes, corporate sales strategies, personality development, customer service enhancement, motivational training, production techniques like Kaizen and 5S, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training, and fire safety training. The goal is to ensure that employees across all departments are well-trained to maintain high standards of performance, safety, quality, and customer engagement.
Job Responsibility
Manufacturing Training
- Develop and update training materials on manufacturing processes.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on equipment operation, safety protocols, quality standards, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
Corporate Sales Training
- Create and update training materials on sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Conduct training on product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM software, and customer service enhancement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs as needed.
Additional Training Areas
- Personality Development: Enhance communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Motivational Training: Inspire and engage employees.
- Customer Service Enhancement: Promote best practices for exceptional customer service.
- POSH Training: Coordinate in organizing POSH training every quarter. Educate employees on sexual harassment prevention.
- Fire Safety Training: Coordinate in organizing fire safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Organizational Development: Implement training programs to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership Development: Develop leadership skills at all levels of the organization.
Skills Required
- Certifications: Relevant training, safety, manufacturing, or sales certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in a corporate training or learning and development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in training delivery. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, sales strategies, and safety protocols.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving.
Qualification
- Any Graduate or a related field required.
